Therefore, refunds generally apply only to digital services (such as listing packages, advertising plans, or promotions) purchased directly from OfferBucket.in.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

• The service purchased (such as a listing or advertisement) could not be published or activated due to a technical issue from our side.
• Duplicate payment was made due to a system or transaction error.
• Incorrect or unauthorized charges were applied by OfferBucket.in.

No refunds will be provided for completed listing or advertising services that have already been displayed or delivered.

3. Vendor-Related Issues

OfferBucket.in is not responsible for the quality, delivery, or performance of any product or service listed by independent vendors. If you have concerns or complaints related to a vendor offer or purchase, you should contact the vendor directly using their contact details provided on the listing page.

However, if a discrepancy or fraudulent listing is suspected, you may report it to us for review.

4. Reporting a Discrepancy

If any discrepancy occurs in relation to a purchase, listing, or advertisement made through OfferBucket.in, users may email their concerns to us within 7 days of the transaction or incident.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of confirmation. The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment used during the transaction.

6. Non-Refundable Items

• Promotional and featured listings once published.
• Digital marketing or SEO packages once activated.
• Any service where the deliverable has already been fulfilled or displayed.

7. Cancellations

Since OfferBucket.in provides digital listing and advertising services, cancellations after activation or publication are generally not permitted. Requests for cancellation before activation may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
